Draft minutes of the 07/30/18 meeting were previously distributed by email. A motion was made by Carolyn and seconded by Barry to accept the minutes as presented. Motion passed.

Old Business:
Pews update – Maryann has not approached Bridget from Cottage shop. Barry suggests leaving them in town hall as seating around the edges. There are 6 double benches are in fairly good condition. Barry talked to her a few months ago about parts and she wasn’t interested.
Walking Tour update – Tim and Maryann met and looked at historic district map. Lyssa says Windham regional commission map has houses identified? Having trouble placing the houses on the map. Use written description (numbered) from historic nomination report. Need descriptions, have decided on formula: Name of house, address, picture, style, who built it, when built, point out anything else special. Carolyn volunteered to work on it. Website will list more houses than the brochure. Need by 9/3, C*S print shop needs one and 1/2 weeks lead time to print in time for the annual meeting.
Have mock up, will do a walk by tomorrow. Will make drawings as large as possible. Need to notify remaining 17 homeowners, if we divide up every board member could contact 2 each? Carolyn can do that press release. Need refreshments – everyone bring something.
Calendar update – in process, photos decided, hopefully to C&S print shop early September.
Selectboard meeting 8/29 – appear at 5:30, Carolyn, Ruth and Maryann will go. Betsy suggests we present the positive aspects. We are looking for a commitment before we flesh out exactly what we will do.
Prepare for Annual Meeting – Lindley will get together nomination list. Plan to have original drawings available to view, could take orders for prints?
